Janice approx 22 months Homed

Janice is in Ireland waiting to come over to the UK to a new home. She will be coming to John in Chertsey Surrey when he can rehome a couple of his dogs or sooner if we can find a new home for her before she travels. Here is what her fosterer has to say about her:

Janice is a Belgian Shepherd and an active dog who needs someone firm but kind. She has been fine living with my husky and needs a lot of exercise. She gets on well with other dogs and is neither dominant or submissive with them. She is fully vaxed and spayed.

She has become obsessed with trying to get my cat ... I don't think she will get on with cats!!

She may be too hyper for children and would probably push into them or push them over.

She has been with me and Skye for the two weeks and she has been fine. She wants direction and love from someone who can give her attention. She has spent time in Kennels and gets on great with the other dogs.

From Noreen Janices fosterer. I would like to bring her to the UK asap but would like to get some interest in her before she travels over.

Hi John


I am fostering a Belgian Malinoise 2 years of age. Toni from Klaws is trying to find a home for her in Kenmare.


She is a beautiful dog with a lovely temperament. I have her socialised with other dogs whom she gets on great with.


She does not like cats but loves other dogs and humans
. I dont think I will have much luck in Ireland rehoming her, Im getting people who just want her as a security dog or breeders who want her papers from the ikc even though she is neutered. The breed does not seem to be well known over here except for security.


Janice is from a very strong working line of Malinoise bred in Ireland. have She is spayed and is a lovely friendly boisterous 2 year old puppy!!! I have the last 2 months and have not had any problems with her temperament at all and neither have any of the dogs she has been in contact with.. and she has been in contact with quiet a few. She was in kennels for a long time and was not house trained, she has been house trained within a week and is amazing about picking up new commands. Unfortunately I am not in a position to keep her long term although I would love to!!
