Ruby is in foster with John in Chertsey, Surrey and has come into rescue because she fell out with the other bitch in the family. She did live with a third dog with no problems. One of Vigil's volunteers who picked her up said that the house was very small so with 4 kids and 3 dogs it was a big ask for her to get some peace and quiet. At this moment she must be wondering what is happening to her. Below is pictures of her with Mike Price of Vigil who had to pick her up and put her in John's van for the journey home.
A good natured dog said to be good with people and other dogs she has met.
Here's what Mike had to say about her:
This poor little girl has come in very, very nervous. She didn't want to walk to her fosterer's van so had to be carried and she did seem to relax when she was being held.
Ruby has had to come in to rescue because she was not getting on with the older bitch in her home. She did, however, get on very well with a small male dog (Chihuahua) in the home.
She was living with 4 children (3-10 yrs old) and was very good and patient with them.
Despite appearing very scared when she arrived with us she has shown absolutely no aggression.
Here is Ruby with her new good friends Cloe and Rex who are also Vigil dogs looking for their new homes.
